Admissions Academy
The college admission process is highly competitive.
Less than 10% of people who apply to ivy league schools get in
Top tired schools keep becoming more selective over time
Relaying on traditional guidance counselors is not enough.
High school guidance counselors have an average of 250-500 students they are responsible for overseeing.
They often are overwhelmed and may not have an established college guidance program that fits your needs.
At least 22% of college freshman admit to seeking outside counsel with the college admission process.
That percentage is not including the unknown number of other students, who did not want to publicly admit that they sought outside counsel.
Many college counselors try to capitalize on parents fear that their child will not get into college.
You do not need to spend over $100,000 on a college counselor.
Seeking strategic guidance and planning tools does give you a competitive advantage, but it shouldn't cost more than tuition itself!

About Me
When I applied to college, I was shocked by how much college counselors were charging for their services. I discovered that most counselors were charging $5,000-$100,000 per student they assisted. For some counselors, that cost only covered the consulting fees. They did not provide the students planning materials to help with the admissions process. My goal is to make college counseling and planning available at a fraction of the price. My resources are designed for high-achieving students who want to go to an AMAZING 4-year university.
A little more about me...
I graduated from Southern Methodist University with degrees in English and Markets and Culture. Due to my college planning, I was able to receive scholarships, graduate a semester early, and study abroad in London (my favorite place in the world)!
After college I headed straight into Human Resources/Recruiting. One day I had a colleague who asked me if I could help her daughter with her college applications. I'd always been passionate about college and career counseling, so I said yes right away. After helping her get into her dream school, I began helping other students on the side with their college applications. Focusing on how they could create a strong college narrative that would give them a competitive advantage throughout the admissions process.
Students - What do I believe?
- I believe that you have the power to change the world. I'm here to help you bring your goals to life in an unstoppable way.
- I believe you are amazing. My goal is to help you show the admission counselors your unique talents and gifts.
- I believe you can do it. I'm determined to give you the tools you need to ace the application process.
Parents - what do you need to know?
- I want to help your child take ownership of their college admissions process. My counseling sessions are designed to give them the tools they need to create a stellar college application. Ultimately, however, the hard word it takes to get into an elite university is up to them.
- I want to help your child discover their purpose, achieve their dreams, and choose the school that is the best fit for them.
- My strategies are designed to help your child get into their dream school. However, I also vocalize the importance of being practical. I help students set realistic expectations regarding which schools to apply to and emphasize the importance of Scholarships, Financial Aid, and Planning.
